OOPS!!!!

So we went to the air show a few weeks ago and being as dumb as I am sometimes, I dropped the camera and broke it......so there won't be too many blogs for a while from lack of camera! Sorry for those of you that actually look at this! But currently we are saving for a new camera because from the sounds of it it is going to take just about as much money to fix this camera as it would to get a brand new one. But on a lighter note, Kohyn is doing great! He is doing so many cute things lately. When we sit down to eat he wants to say the prayer with us. He folds his hands and bows his head and listens quietly while we pray and then his absolute favorite part is to say AMEN!!! He gets this big grin on his face as he says it! On Saturday Mom, Shari, and I got a bunch of stuff together and had a yard sale. My mom had packed this old helmet and when Kohyn saw it he just HAD to have it! I can't wait to get my pictures off my cell phone and hopefully figure out how to post them because you all have to see how absolutely cute he looks in this helmet! He also found a little bike there and wanted to sit on it all day! I don't think that I write enough to describe to y'all how great he is...but hopefully you got a little bit of an idea. UNCLE ZACH!!!! YEAH!!!

Uncle Zach came to visit for a few days and it was so much fun to see Kohyn with him! He hadn't seen Kohyn since he was nine months old, so he got to see him walk and listen to all the silly sounds he makes! It was really a great time! Uncle Zach was getting Kohyn's nose in this picture, but Kohyn wasn't so sure about that. It was pretty cute!

We thought it would be a good idea to get some pictures done for Kohyn's 15 month celebration! We hadn't had a family picture taken for some time, so we did that too....as you can tell!

This is my ultimate favorite picture. We had the teddy bear propped up on a block and Kohyn went right up to it and took it off the block and gave it the biggest hug! It almost looks like he's dancing with it! He is such a little lover!!! It's great!!

BERRIES BERRIES EVERYWHERE!!!

So yesterday 4/27/2008 we let Kohyn try and feed himself! He was so cute! He was doing so well and then he got excited and decided to try and lick the bottom of the berry bowl! That is why you see berries even in his hair!

Lately, Kohyn has had this infatuation with sunglasses of any kind!! He doesn't like to keep them on his face for very long, but he LOVES to play with them!
I got him his very own pair and we call them his "cool dudes!" Aren't they cute??

Kohyn LOVES to brush his teeth! He gets so excited whenever you open the medicine cabinet! He makes this little squeeky sound over and over until you get everything ready!
This is such a fun time! I love this age SO much!!

FROM JAPAN!!

Caleb went Japan in February and brought back this little Tigger poncho for Kohyn. Everytime I put it on him, he freaks out and tries to rip it off! But I managed to snap a few shots in the meantime....but too bad they aren't very happy ones!

BURR FREEZY!!

When my dad had surgery, my parents had to travel from Twin to Hailey to go to my dad's checkup appointments. On one of their trips they decided to go shopping and when they got back, they had gotten Kohyn pretty much a new wordrobe!! This snow suit was just one of the cute purchases they had made! I don't know if you can see it, but it is still pretty big on him, but it sure has been handy during this crazy winter/spring thing that we've had going on here in Idaho!!

I apologize for not posting for quite a while. I have been out for back surgery and the recovery took much longer than anticipated. The following posts are pretty outdated, but they are the only pictures I had on my little memory stick with me at work. I will work on getting some more updated pictures on here so that you can see just how cute Kohyn is getting. Right now he is working hard on learning to walk. He loves to walk around the house pushing whatever will move with him...(his little car, or the highchair). When he isn't pushing something around, then he his taking your hand and leading you all over the place! Hopefully this will aid in my ongoing weightloss efforts! Great Grandma and Grandpa Barnes gave Kohyn a jumper for a "just because" gift! They are so sweet!!!
He looked the entire thing over and I'm pretty sure the consensus was that he loved it!
